<description>Don't forget that Tuxedo Junction is often used for the Shim Sham song, too!

What exactly do you do for the breaks &#38; half-breaks? Everybody has a slightly different rendition. :)

		<description>Hi Joseph
Well if you're in Edmonton I'd lookup Sugar Swing. http://www.sugarswing.com/
They might not talk about Charleston very much but they dance it frequently. We tend to think of Charleston as early swing. It's the primary precursor to Lindy Hop. In fact, often the word vintage, in reference to swing, refers to Charleston. You won't find a Charleston only lesson for first timers, but you will learn Charleston at Sugar Swing.

The same applies to us in Calgary.
Cheers

<description>Hi, in searching for "charleston dance instruction in alberta", I came across your page. I would like to learn to dance the charleston but have been entirely unsuccessful in my attempts to find instruction in Edmonton. Do you know if there will be any workshops or anything in Edmonton or Alberta by extrapolation in 2008? I really would love to learn! Please help me if you can, anyone!</description>

<description>Hi Meghan, I will attend the workshop, however I am very busy and may not be able to join in all the events. I would like to pay for the whole workshop/dance program.
