The undersigned member of Swing Dance Calgary hereby appoints ____________________________________________ as proxy holder for the undersigned to attend, act and vote for and on behalf of the undersigned at the Annual General Meeting of Swing Dance Calgary to be held at 6:00pm MST on February 26, 2012 at Gateway Garrison Green. The undersigned hereby revokes any proxy previously given and directs the person named above to vote at the meeting, and any adjournment thereof.
The proxy must be submitted to Swing Dance Calgary prior to 6pm on the day of the Annual General Meeting.

Board Candidates – We will be electing a new board to govern Swing Dance Calgary. If you are interested, please feel free to chat with us ahead of time about some of the details. We will be posting more information here, shortly.
Food – In gratitude for your attendance at the AGM, we will be providing pizza which will be served at 5:30.
Parking – Please be aware of parking signs along the street. Some is 2hr, some is not. You’re also welcome to park in the parkade in the first level. Entrance is at the end of the street to the right. Sign in your car, and say you’re visiting suite #4111.
